Richard F. Clements, CEO
Richard Clements is the founder of VendEx Solutions and ISN. He is a seasoned bilingual global financial services executive with a proven track record of leveraging deep industry relationships to successfully create and launch new products into complex and sophisticated markets.
Prior to VendEx/ISN, Richard held senior positions at Bloomberg, as Global Head of Market Transparency, and at Thomson Reuters, as Global Head of Valuation Risk and as the Global Head of the Credit Crisis Team.
Richard was the founder of Global Liquid Markets, a short duration trading system. He has been at the forefront of financial technology implementation, designing and implementing trading, big data, and analytics systems.
Richard has a Bachelor’s in English from the University of San Francisco.
