VendEx Solutions was founded in 2019 by market data veterans with a driving need for better solutions. Leveraging deep industry knowledge, the team began working with the world’s largest market participants to create, design, and ultimately deploy the only centralized utility with tools built by the industry, for the industry.
Our mission is to profitably streamline data-rich industries, leveraging our proprietary technology to eliminate industry frictions. VendEx is creating solutions for both vendors and consumers through the data management lifecycle, from discovery to usage rights.

Richard Clements, Chief Executive Officer
Richard Clements is the founder of VendEx Solutions and ISN. He is a seasoned bilingual global financial services executive with a proven track record of leveraging deep industry relationships to successfully create and launch new products into complex and sophisticated markets.
Prior to VendEx/ISN, Richard held senior positions at Bloomberg, as Global Head of Market Transparency, and at Thomson Reuters, as Global Head of Valuation Risk and as the Global Head of the Credit Crisis Team. Richard was the founder of Global Liquid Markets, a short duration trading system. He has been at the forefront of financial technology implementation, designing and implementing trading, big data, and analytics systems.
Richard has a Bachelor’s in English from the University of San Francisco.

Miten Amin, President
Miten Amin is President of VendEx Solutions. Miten has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Services on both vendor and consumer sides. He has held senior executive roles on the data/analytics vendor side, including EMEA Risk Advisory Solutions at Moody’s Analytics with the deployment of custom or off-the-shelf data, software, valuations, and risk/regulatory advisory solutions across all Structured Finance asset classes to EMEA FI clients. His prior experience has been in sell-side investment banking as a consumer of data/analytics, heading the Structured Finance Syndicate Desk at Commerzbank London, pre- and post-crisis, and as an integral part of the Structured Finance Capital Markets/Syndicate and Portfolio Management desks at ABN AMRO pre-crisis. Miten was an integral part of ABN AMRO’s award-winning European securitization business in 2005. Responsibilities have included running cross-asset class new issue execution, running an underwriting/primary trading book, an investment book, and cultivation of issuers and investors across Structured Finance.
Miten is FCA CF30 Registered, a fellow FCCA member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Michele Kelsey, Chief Data Officer
Michele Kelsey is VendEx Solutions’ Chief Data Officer. Michele is a senior financial services executive with a strong track record of results and operational excellence. She brings deep knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, structured finance, risk exposure, legal entity data, and pricing and reference data.
Michele has held senior positions at Vantage Production as a VP, at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Vice President for the Enterprise Platform and in the Pricing and Reference Data businesses. Michele was also a Senior Vice President at Loan Pricing Corporation.
Michele has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Saint John’s University.

John Simpson, Chief Revenue Officer
John Simpson is the Chief Revenue Officer for VendEx Solutions, managing the global teams charged with establishing and maintaining client relationships.
Prior to VendEx Solutions, John held several key senior sales leadership positions for CoStar, the leaders of commercial property information, Dun & Bradstreet, the leaders of credit information, and Interactive Data (now ICE), leaders of pricing and reference data. John also spent many years at companies that are now under the Thomson Reuters umbrella. These included roles as Managing Director of the West Coast, USA, for Reuters and leading the International Sales teams for Multex, prior to their acquisition by Reuters.
John holds a degree from the University of Kent.

Koichi Shiroma, Chief Product Officer
Koichi Shiroma is the Chief Product Officer for VendEx Solutions. In previous roles, Koichi helped lead the evolution of products such as the Bloomberg API and BPipe enterprise data feed. He also co-founded a small consulting firm in Singapore and assisted several start-ups with their product journeys. Most recently, the developer portal and API catalog Koichi managed won an industry award in November 2023.
Koichi studied Theoretical Mathematics at SUNY Stony Brook.

Juli A Morris, Chief Marketing Officer
Juli A. Morris heads up VendEx Solution’s marketing efforts. Juli is a strategic marketing leader for high growth B2B and SaaS technology companies in fintech and other sectors, and has spent 20+ years advising entrepreneurial brands, creating thought leadership platforms, and driving acquisition and revenue for global technology companies.
Juli was previously responsible for ISN Marketing, and has held senior marketing positions at DealVector, E2open, and RCM Technologies. She has extensive experience helping companies grow marketplaces and apply technology and new business models to solve inefficiencies and create better experiences and outcomes for market participants.
Juli has a J.D. degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Nate Prodromou, CTO & CISO
Nate Prodromou is the Chief Technology Officer and CISO for VendEx Solutions.
Prior to joining VendEx, Nate spent twelve years founding and managing AwesomeJar Consulting, providing end-to-end Technology Consultation for small to mid-sized financial services firms. Prior to founding AwesomeJar Nate was a senior member of the Technology group for Farallon Capital for nine years, managing Systems, Security, and Technology Compliance.
Nate studied Information Systems at San Diego State University.
